Delete youraccount

You can permanently delete your ThaiDex account from the app. You can also send us a deletion request if you can no longer access your account.

Your choice

Account deletion is available to every user.

ThaiDex asks you to confirm the action and recently verify your identity before deletion begins.

Permanent action

Choose the route that works for you.

The fastest option is the secure deletion control inside ThaiDex. If you cannot sign in, contact our support team using the email address connected to your account.

Delete your account in ThaiDex

  1. Sign in to the ThaiDex app.
  2. Open Account and choose Account Security.
  3. Open the Danger Zone and choose Delete my account.
  4. Verify your identity and enter DELETE when prompted.
  5. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

If you are the only owner of a store, transfer ownership to another active owner before deleting your account. This keeps the store available to its team.

Request deletion without app access

Email ThaiDex from the address connected to your account. Use the subject “ThaiDex account deletion request”. We may ask for additional information to verify that the account belongs to you before processing the request.

What happens to your data

Your authentication account, private profile, card collection, wishlist, avatar files, support conversation and other account-owned personal data are deleted. Your identity is removed from shared trade history and operational audit records that must remain available to other participants or for platform security.

Account deletion cannot be undone. Data that ThaiDex is legally required to retain may be kept only for the required period and is no longer used as an active profile.
